Choosing Your Boat The Tourism Council ratings are a clear guide of what to expect in an easily recognised form. Craft are assessed annually by a trained, impartial ETC assessor, so you can be confident that your accommodation has been thoroughly checked and rated before you make your booking.

Classifications

Five grades of award reflect the range of quality standards and facilities provided by a boat, indicated by a simple One to Five Stars system.
The final rating awarded is a mixture of progressively increasing facility requirements and the overall quality of the accommodation provided, with the emphasis placed heavily on quality standards. You can be sure threfore that the more Stars awarded, the higher overall level of quality and comfort you can expect to find.
